Our equipment and quality inspection systems assure precise measurements to stringent tolerances. The process qualification standards are designed to meet customer requirements from a wide range of industries. We can provide a complete PPAP for any part.
Pioneer Service uses modern non-contact inspection systems and sophisticated quality software to record results and provides SPC data. Our automated equipment is able to measure both internal and external features. In addition to checks by inspection equipment, every part is visually inspected before shipment as a final check to ensure that every part leaves our facility perfect.
Modern ERP System Ensures Traceability
Our ERP system traces material from the purchase order through every step until the finished parts ship out the door. At every change in process, a “Move Ticket” is printed with the details about the last step the part just completed, the quantity in a given container, the material heat and the next step for those parts. Every move ticket is time and date stamped with the name of the person who completed that process. The office has real-time visibility of each step and can follow up with the appropriate people if there are any questions.

Documentation is required for everything from calibration of measuring tools, employee performance and machine setup, to SPC processing.
