President and Co-Owner
President and Owner of Pioneer Service since 1993, Aneesa learned centerless grinding in her parents’ machine shop at a very young age. The dirty jobs were soon blended with lasting lessons in business management and how to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees. Aneesa credits her company’s steady growth to exceptional workmanship, and her team’s ability to adapt to new industry trends and technology.
Aneesa believes the future of manufacturing hinges on promoting its sustainable growth to tomorrow’s professionals while dissolving the old adversarial mindsets of “women versus men” and “millennials versus boomers.” She regularly participates in seminars and speaking events, and serves on the board of directors of the Chicago Regional Growth Corporation (CRGC), Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA), Valley Industrial Association (VIA), and Illinois Manufacturers Excellence Center (IMEC). The mother of two sons and two grandchildren, Aneesa draws inspiration from her own mother, who never backed down from adversity or failed to put her loved ones first.
John joined Pioneer Service in December of 2017 and directs all manufacturing and building operations. His more than 20 years’ experience touches all aspects of the machining industry, from Brown and Sharp Screw Machines to the latest CNC equipment. A master of CNC programming and Swiss-style automated lathes, John’s expertise will prove invaluable as he strives to grow Pioneer into one of the premiere Swiss shops in the US.
A lover of technology, John also works to bring out the best in his people. He has a proven track record of motivating others, leading by example, and training his team to excel. When not making chips, John enjoys watching sports and spending time with family in the northern woods of Wisconsin.

Director of Sales
Eric joined Pioneer Service in 2012. With a background in materials engineering, he has 30 years’ experience in technical sales management ranging from fabricated metal parts and insert-molded components to low- carbon steels. Eric has served manufacturers of all sizes, from machine shops to Fortune 500 enterprises, and is very familiar with providing custom prototypes and production parts to the automotive, medical device, instrumentation, HVAC and motor/generator industries. He is encouraged that North American OEMs now recognize the cost advantages of working with world-class suppliers within their own region. Eric’s current focus is building relationships with manufacturers who value Pioneer Service’s comprehensive machining platform of Swiss CNC Lathes, CNC turning centers, and unique in-house centerless grinding services. He is also seeking partnering and teaming opportunities to leverage the company’s certified Women-Owned Business status. When he’s not meeting with customers, Eric enjoys biking, skiing and traveling with his wife and two sons.
